How to Save Ammo in Twisted Tower

Ammo is the resource that decides whether you clear a floor or redo it. Heavy weapons like the shotgun, chain-gun, slingshot, and ray gun run dry fast — but their ammo spawns are fixed, so you can plan around them.
The Ammo Hierarchy
- Pistol and mallet: infinite, use on every trash mob
- Tommy Gun and chain-gun: for groups and suppression
- Shotgun: ambush corridors and close quarters
- Slingshot and ray gun: elites and bosses only
- Pick up ammo as you go — spawns are fixed and don't disappear
Fixed Ammo Spawns
Ammo boxes sit in predictable spots in every level — on desks, by vending machines, near elevator lobbies. Learn the two or three in each floor that you pass most, and loop past them before big fights. This turns 'am I out?' panic into a quick detour.
Dash and grapple toys also let you reach hidden ammo stashes on upper ledges that most players miss.
Weapon-Specific Tips
The shotgun is king in the clown casino's tight halls — a single blast staggers groups. The chain-gun melts the carnival forest swarms but eats boxes fast. The slingshot one-shots trash from range and the ray gun deletes elites. Match the weapon to the floor and you will rarely want for ammo.
